ASSET Talent Search (ATS) is a talent identification programme that identifies, acknowledges and supports talented students at a young age and connects them with opportunities to enhance their potential.
At schools that hold the ASSET Test, students are selected on the basis of their performance at the ASSET Test.
At schools that don’t hold the ASSET Test, students are selected on the basis of the nomination from their educators.
These selected students can then register for the ASSET Talent Search Test that ascertains their academic proficiency and determines what sort of strengths they possess.
Once identified, students are awarded certificates and medals based on their performance. Post the ASSET Talent Search Test, students who have performed outstandingly well gain recognition and visibility in the academic world as academically talented students.
ASSET Talent Search connects talented students with resources and learning opportunities that will help them hone their capabilities further. In other words, ASSET Talent Search acts as a stepping stone for academically talented students to achieve success.
